Mrs K a 41 year old with diminished ovarian reserve [her AMH was 0.6 ng/mL] came to us for fertility care.
She was advised to undergo a Donor Egg IVF.
She conceived with Donor Egg IVF but had a heterotopic pregnancy with one pregnancy in a fallopian tube and a triplet intrauterine pregnancy.
She underwent a salpingectomy at 6 weeks and a selective fetal reduction at 13 weeks and delivered twins – a boy and a girl at term by Caesarean.
